Learning with Rob has helped me so much in becoming confident on the road which has got me to passing my test. Every time I have struggled in an area we went through it slowly and he explained it to me as much as I needed until I got it. He’s very sociable and helps you feel comfortable in the car on lessons and I would recommend him to any other new learners

Rob is literally the best driving instructor ever !! I’ve always felt so comfortable on my lessons and learnt everything at my own pace. He is the calmest instructor you could ever have and helped me love driving after being the most anxious learner ever. I couldn’t recommend him more to anyone and wouldn’t have been able to pass my test without him.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Rob enough as a driving instructor. From the very first lesson he made me feel completely at ease and helped build my confidence so quickly. I was really nervous to start with, but Rob’s calm, patient approach and the way he explains everything so clearly made such a difference.

He helped me pass my test in just 8 hours of lessons, which still amazes me! Every lesson was really focused and supportive, and I always felt like I was improving each time I got in the car. Rob knows exactly how to guide you through the things you’re worried about while helping you feel confident and capable.

He’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional and genuinely wants you to succeed. I always felt comfortable asking questions and never felt rushed or judged.

On a personal note, Rob is also my father-in-law, and I’ve recently had a baby, so being able to pass my test means the world to me. Honestly rob is one of the most understanding people i’ve ever met, i was sure i wasn’t going to be able to drive because of my autism but rob insisted i was capable and carefully explained every mistake to me and made it aware how normal it was to make them, any questions or breakdowns rob was so calm and so helpful, couldn’t have asked for a better instructor.

My son’s driving lesson journey didn’t start out to be the best. He was put down and told he wasn’t ready, he dreaded his driving lessons. Then he met Rob, the first time he went out with him he came home and said I really enjoyed my lesson and what a nice guy he was. Robs such a caring person and really made me feel confident with my driving. By emphasising how important mistakes are as a learning curve, I never felt that my opinions were silly to share or any mistakes when driving were embarrassing.
